Choosing products

Thank you for choosing to shop on our website!

By accessing the main menu you can browse through the product categories to choose the perfect product for you. By clicking on its name, you enter the page dedicated to that product. If you have decided to buy it, click the “Add to Cart” button. After the product has been successfully added to the cart you can continue shopping.

After you have added all the desired products to your cart, go to the product cart page by accessing the icon on the top right of the screen. Once here you have the option to change the quantities, cancel one or even all of the selected products, return to the store to continue shopping or actually send us the order. Attention!, if you have a discount coupon valid in our store, now is the time to use it.

Placing an order

Once you have finished configuring all the products and quantities you want in your cart, the next step is to send us your firm order by filling out the form immediately below the product table.

Therefore, the time has come when we need to get to know each other so that we know who to send the products to. For this, if this is your first order on our site and you do not have an account with us, you must fill out the form with all the necessary data. Do not be afraid, because filling out the form takes less than 2 minutes. If you have ordered from us before and already have an account (optional) we recommend that you authenticate so that your data is automatically taken over in the order form.

Choosing the delivery method

In order to select a delivery method, it is mandatory to fill in the county and city of the delivery address. Depending on these data, the available delivery methods will be automatically displayed. After you choose one of the available delivery methods, the delivery cost will be automatically calculated so that you know how much you have to pay.

Choosing the payment method

You have the following payment methods available on our online store, as follows:

– payment on delivery (cash on delivery),

– by bank transfer.

Depending on your preferred method, if applicable, you will receive additional instructions.

Other optional details

In this section of the form you can provide us with various optional instructions or details for the courier. You still have to accept the terms and conditions of use, and with that the form is complete.

Saving data and sending the order

After completing the order form, click the “Send order now” button to actually send us your order. After clicking this button, you will be transferred to a page where you have the order summary and shortly you will also receive an email confirming the receipt of this order by us. You will receive a phone call to confirm the order and establish the final details.
