Product return policy:

If you have any objections to the products sold on this site within the first 14 days, we assume the responsibility to replace the product as soon as possible, without paying an additional fee from your side. If you do not want to replace the product, our company accepts the return of the product without additional costs from your side. Personalized Paintings

Custom Canvas Paintings and Custom Paint by Numbers cannot be returned. Before delivery, the image of how the painting will look, if it is by numbers, is sent to the customer for review. The painting will only be delivered after the customer's approval. These products are made to the customer's individual specifications and, for this reason, are not eligible for return. Please check the details carefully before completing the purchase.

4+1 Free Promotion

If the products were purchased through the promotion "4+1 Free · When purchasing 4 paintings, the 5th is free", the return of any product is carried out as follows: the sum of the prices of the returned products is calculated, and from this sum the price of the cheapest product of the 5 purchased (the free product) is subtracted.

Example:
Let's assume you purchased 5 paintings with the following prices: 100 lei, 150 lei, 120 lei, 80 lei, 60 lei.
In this case, the 60 lei painting is the cheapest and is considered free.

Returning a single array (which is not the cheapest):
If you return the painting for 150 lei, it will be calculated as follows:
Refund = 150 lei (price of the returned painting) – 60 lei (value of the free product)
Result: 90 lei will be refunded.

Returning two arrays:
If you return the 100 lei and 150 lei paintings, it will be calculated as follows:
Sum of prices of returned products = 100 lei + 150 lei = 250 lei
Refund = 250 lei – 60 lei (value of the free product)
Result: 190 lei will be refunded.

Returning the cheapest painting:
If you return the 60 lei painting (the cheapest), you will not receive any money back, because this is the free product from the promotion. Thus, regardless of the number of products returned, the value of the cheapest product is always deducted from the total amount. If this is the product returned, the refund will be zero.

Refund Policy:

If you return products ordered from this site, our company is responsible for refunding your money within 48 hours to your bank account.

• If you do not have a bank account, the money is sent by express courier to your home address.
